COMPLETION DATE

This stylish semi-detached house is built on a 1,274 m² corner plot in the dynamically developing village of Vysoký Újezd, with direct access to Prague's Zličín metro station. The village is particularly well-known among golf enthusiasts.
With its expanding range of services, excellent connections to Prague, and the surrounding dense forests, the location is ideal for peaceful family living. The house will be built at the end of a quiet street leading to the village center. A kindergarten and primary school, post office, municipal office, and grocery store are within walking distance. Easy access to the D5 motorway makes the village easily accessible by car. The drive from the outskirts of Prague takes about ten minutes.
The village's dominant feature is a complex with an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, and a restaurant. Situated between two protected landscape areas—the Czech Karst (Český kras) and the Křivoklátsko (Křivoklátsko)—there are ample opportunities for hiking and cycling.
The total area of the residential unit is 170 sq.m.
